G. MARK ALLEN

Mark Allen has more than 20 years of retail real estate experience with primary focus in retail shopping centres. Before joining Chambers, Mark was Director, Leasing and Development for Southwest Properties where he was responsible for managing the development and leasing of the award-winning Sunnyside Mall in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Mark also managed the retail leasing for the Bishop's Landing waterfront development in Halifax, and was involved in the successful re-development of Atlantic Place in St. John's, Newfoundland.

Mark's previous appointments include Leasing Account Executive with Snowcap Investments Ltd., and he held various management positions with several well known national retailers. Mark is an active member of ICSC.
